Telehealth Services

Telehealth can make treatment more accessible for clients who have transportation challenges, scheduling limitations, health concerns, or other barriers to attending certain appointments in person. Solstice Counseling & Wellness Centers offers telehealth services when clinically appropriate and consistent with program, payer, and regulatory requirements.

The goal is to make care easier to access while still maintaining safety, engagement, and quality.

When Telehealth May Be Available

Telehealth may be available for certain counseling, assessment, follow-up, or care coordination services. Availability depends on the client’s needs, the service being provided, clinical appropriateness, technology access, privacy, insurance coverage, and applicable program requirements.

Some services may still require in-person attendance.

What Clients Need

Clients participating by telehealth need a private location, a reliable internet connection or phone connection, and a device that supports the appointment format. Clients should be able to participate without distractions and should be located where emergency support can be accessed if needed.

Our team will provide instructions for joining telehealth appointments when that format is approved.

Keeping Care Connected

Telehealth is most effective when it remains connected to the full treatment plan. Solstice may combine remote appointments with in-person services, group programming, medication management, drug testing, or care coordination based on clinical need.

The treatment team will review whether telehealth continues to be appropriate over time.

If you are interested in telehealth services, contact Solstice Counseling & Wellness Centers to discuss whether remote care may be an option for your situation.
