Our approach is respectful, confidential, and focused on helping clients engage in appropriate care while addressing the practical requirements connected to their professional role.
Support for Licensed and Working Professionals
The Professional Assistance Program may be appropriate for healthcare workers, public safety professionals, legal professionals, educators, executives, and others whose treatment needs intersect with employment, licensing, monitoring, or referral requirements.
Care is individualized based on clinical need, program requirements, referral source expectations, and the client’s goals.
Clinical Care With Accountability
Services may include assessment, counseling, intensive outpatient or outpatient programming, medication-related services, drug testing, relapse prevention planning, and care coordination. When authorized, Solstice can communicate with approved monitoring programs, employers, licensing boards, attorneys, or referral partners.
The goal is to support recovery, reduce risk, and help clients meet appropriate treatment and accountability expectations.
Confidentiality and Communication
We understand that privacy is a major concern for professionals seeking treatment. Solstice follows applicable confidentiality laws and discusses what information can be shared, with whom, and under what circumstances.
When communication with an outside party is required or requested, our team works to keep it clear, appropriate, and limited to what is authorized or required.
